  I had a HORRIBLE experience. The first time I was there I could smell a sewage leak. The manager rushes you to purchase. Everything is about money. $500 lot rent on top of your mortgage and it only keeps going up. We had UNdated documents making the agreement completely invalid yet they still wouldn't refund $2,500!! An amount that is huge for me and minuscule for them.. I am extremely upset.
