  Keratin does NOT last 4 months as they "guarantee" if you buy their special shampoo. It lasted about a month if that. When I let them know hey did nothing. Also, I have thick hair. I asked Lauren to thin out the underneath layer as it felt too thick and she cut my hair the shortest it has ever been. The owner had to come and "fix" it. I left with an uneven short bob. I had let one of them cut my daughters hair as well and it was a terrible cut as well. Supercuts quality.
