  Very unprofessional, my partner had to wait over an hour for her return appointment. They messed up the first time with the results of her papsmear and made her come back and do it again... Then they never contacted us back with the results. Also, they tried to charge a co-pay on both occasions when my insurance company told me that as a preventive test there is no co-pay?
