  Some people who work in the front office staff are very rude with how they treat patients. They are also rude with there side comments! They make a lot of assumptions about patients, who they are as people and they personal lives! They shouldn't be doing that because 99 percent of the time, there assumptions are rude and just wrong and incorrect! Someone should teach them how to be and act professionally!
