  DO NOT SOLICIT THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICES!!!
  
  This company managed our HOA for several years. They left the Association in such disarray due to their lack of professionalism, poorly trained staff and inadequate leadership. They do not understand the Florida statues as it relates to property management or homeowner associations. A new Board was selected and worked tirelessly to bring the Association back up standard and to correct the company's vast amount of errors. Once the new Board was selected the first order of business was to obtain a new management company. Needless to say, the new management company that was selected has and continues to provide the services we need in order to make our communities more viable. This is the worse management company in the industry. It is not even worth the one star I had to give it to get this review published.
