  I called & left messages for almost 2 weeks attempting to make a cash offer on a piece of land on Old Burnt Rd in Jasper, to no avail; I received no response. I finally texted Nancy asking for a status on the property and was told it was available. I asked her if she would send me stats on the property via email, again no response. I sent her a follow up text later this evening after checking my email and not finding anything, asking if her lack of response meant no. She claimed to not understand so I sent her a screen shot of our previous discussion wherein I requested her to send additional info to me via email.
  
  Again, no response; so after 10 minutes I told her there was no wonder the property was not selling as this was the worst service I had ever experienced in the 25 yrs I have been in or around this industry, at which time she responded,
  
  "Try reading your email. It's an auction. You have to bid. Sorry you can't understand that. I can't fix stupid"
  
  Seriously?!?! I, Mr. Consumer is trying to purchase a property from you and this is the service I receive; this is how you work for your clients?!? Instead of asking if I had received or missed her email, considering she had not responded to any of my messages and apologizing for her failure to act she starts insulting me and my intelligence?
  
  I have your new business slogan Nancy, it goes like this....
  
  "Nancy Lyons Realty - Come list with us, we will ignore your potential buyers and then insult them when they question our lack of service and common decency"
  
  Good job Nancy, you lost another one!
