  I purchased a 2013 dodge ram truck on October 18. First issue began when the salesman brought the truck to out to be test drove and he damaged the sidewall on the passenger tire. We pointed out the taillight was also damaged and rust on the truck. Eddie Peralta, the used car manager promised all the issues would be fixed before we picked up the truck the following day. When we arrived to receive the truck none of the issues were corrected. We accepted the truck in good faith that Eddie would hold up his end of the deal. We have come to accept the fact that they obviously had no intentions of correcting the tire and rust but were under the assumption the tail light had been ordered. It is now month later and we have nothing fixed. Evey call goes unanswered or pushed off to voicemail with no return. I was able to get ahold of Eddie one time 2 weeks ago and he claimed he would ship the taillight out to us since we live almost 2 hours away but still haven't received or heard back from Eddie. My advice is do not accept your vehicle unless everything that is promised is completed because you will get taken advantage of as we did.
