  2 thumbs up. Good experience. Phone was acting show. Best Verizon on the block. Other stores just tried getting me to buy a new phone. Here they fixed the issue and answered my questions.

  Rony and Marc were awesome. They just didn't sell us phones. They made sure as best they could get all our information from our phones even though one didn't turn on. I am impressed with the time they took in making sure we were completely satisfied. Verizon you were represented by these two today better than ever and that's saying a lot because I am needy and my wife is high maintenance. Thanks so much for taking care of us, Dru.

  Very helpful and pleasant. Visiting from out of town. Phone battery was draining fast. Was not working correctly. Thought it was going to be a long process but it was quick as painless.

  Best Verizon I have ever been too. The guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. The transfers were seemless and I got a really great deal on my phone.
