  I have lived at the Vineyards for about 3 years now. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to rent an apartment in the Clermont area. I feel that the property has always been kept extremely clean with great amenities. It is very beautiful on the outside as well as the inside with hard flooring rather then gross carpet though-out like most apartments. The front office staff has always been super sweet and helpful towards us as well.
